Notice:
ZR-3Nm3/h can support one pillow packaging machine to fill nitrogen. Parameters of the required complete oil-free air compressor as following: Air Displacement: ≥0.4m3/min; Pressure: 0.8-1.0Mpa.
ZR-5Nm3/h can support two pillow packaging machines or one vertical packaging machine to fill nitrogen. Parameters of the required complete oil-free air compressor as following: Air Displacement: ≥0.6m3/min; Pressure: 0.8-1.0Mpa.
二、安装与正常开停车
Ⅲ Installation, Normal Startup and Shutdown
（一）安装
1. Installation
1．该机必须安装在通风干燥的水平硬质地面上，离开其他设备1米以上，不得露天安装使用。
2．与该机配套使用的气源空压机可放置在该机的附近，为减少噪音，压缩机*好隔离、隔音安装，压缩机的基础必须按动载系数要求考虑设计（按空压机使用说明书要求）。
1. This small nitrogen generator should be installed on ventilating and drying horizontal hard ground, separating with other equipments in the distance of more than 1m. It is not allowed to install and operate this equipment in the open air.
2. Air-source air compressor assorted with small nitrogen generator for use can be placed at the nearby generator. The installation of compressor should be sound-proof and isolated in order to reduce noise. The foundation of compressor should be designed according to the requirement of dynamic load factor (according to the requirements of Air Compressor Operation Instructions).(www.fsxkl.cn)
